T-5 days - until my due date anyways… Who knew the wait would be so
difficult. It's not just the painful back aches, major swelling, and waddling
that I've encountered the past weeks as I count down to the end. It's also the
fact that so many friends I've talked to have received their bundle of joy
earlier than their due date. I've had a false hope that I might be so lucky.
I'm excited about the arrival of our little boy. We've settled on a name and
it's becoming hard to keep it a secret. I'm curious what he'll look like. And
selfishly I am done being pregnant as much fun as it's been the last 39
weeks.
I've decided to start this blog to create a place to share the everyday with
family and friends about my adventures of being a mom, our adventures being
first time parents and all the wonderful things that our baby boy will be doing
and experiencing once he decides to join us.
